A little over a year ago Health and Human Services proposed new regulations intended to protect federally funded health care providers from having to conduct abortions against their will. A case in Illinois is currently in the courts which is using similar provisions to test the rights of pharmacists to refrain from selling the morning-after pill and other abortifacients.
Today’s guests include:
Frank Manion, Senior Counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice
Michael Koelzer, owner of Kay Pharmacy in Grand Rapids, MI and spokesman for Pharmacists for Life International
Susan Muskett, Senior Legislative Counsel for the National Right to Life Committee
