Email has become one of the most significant forms of communication for both personal and business correspondence.  This feature reports on a recent study that identifies at least one reason why we might want to be careful with the messages that we receive in our inbox.  Guests include Terri Hutzburg, Associate Professor of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School and Andrea Emerson, Editor of Christian Professional Magazine.
