Psalm 107 vs. 8 says: “Oh that men would give thanks to the LORD for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men!” One way we can do this is by honoring the men and women of history through whom God has worked mightily.

These conversations are about one such man whose ministry stretched over 50 years during one of America’s most challenging chapters.  Guests include Dr. John Wigger from the University of Missouri and Dr. Thomas Cornman from the Moody Bible Institute.

Google Books has posted The Journal of Rev. Francis in Three Volumes (published in 1852).  Click here if you’d like to download or read it.
