What comes to your mind when you hear the word: “Evangelism”?  A Billy Graham crusade?  The “Four Spiritual Laws”?  Open-air evangelism with a paintbrush and easel?  These are just some of the many stereotypes that we may think of when we consider evangelism.

It’s not uncommon for believers to see sharing the Gospel as something the pastor should do, or at least someone with the spiritual gift of evangelism; but at least one church in Chicago believes it’s time for the regular person in the pew to begin to see it differently.  David Helm (Associate Pastor, Holy Trinity Church, Chicago) is my featured guest.

  1. Pastors should release their people for prayer and for witness. God will bless.
