Television and radio newscasts will often include stories about the Middle East and the term fundamentalist is frequently used to describe “radical individuals.” Closer to home, the term is also used of a particular brand of evangelical–the radical Christian who is known primarily for what they’re against. These features take a look at the roots of this important movement and its legacy for today’s church with Dr. Martin Marty and Gregg Quiggle.
